Doodle Cafe: Wellbeing Wisdom

Wellbeing Programmes

Unique doodle journeys crafted to suit the wellbeing focus of your organisation. Whether you're planning a week - long programme, a wellbeing day or an ongoing focus, Doodle Cafe's Wellbeing Wisdom workshop provides space for participants to look deeper into what they need to support themselves.

Often what we really need is just outside of our awareness. Mindful doodling offers a safe opportunity to be present to the self and ask different questions for intuition to answer.

60-90 minute workshops that include

  • breath & body awareness,
  • setting intention,
  • guided visualisations,
  • guided doodling exercises,
  • reflection,
  • sharing
  • collaborative doodles for group cohesion and moral.

Kind words

It was a pleasure to welcome Vikki to run her Doodle Cafe: Wellbeing Wisdom workshop, at the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance conference. Many of the participants took time to tell us how much they enjoyed it, some of their responses were: relaxing, joyous and mindful, and some listed it as their favourite of the conference sessions. Vikki created a wonderfully held space with total freedom for self expression and creativity. It was a highlight of the event and we’d highly recommend her.

We booked Doodle Café as we held a Wellbeing week at our company and we wanted to bring a different approach to mindfulness and its practices. The workshop ran by Vikki was a great fit for us because we work for the games development industry and we have quite a lot of artists in our studio.

From Vikki’s arrival until the workshop finished, she was excellent and made it very clear and well structured. We started off with a meditation and then went onto doodling following Vikki’s guidance. It is very interesting to see where your mind takes you when you go back to basics and relax yourself. We also did a collaborative doodle which was excellent fun and some amazing artwork was created.

If you want to do something different for your employees, this workshop is excellent! It is another approach to mindfulness and in an environment like ours, being able to switch off and get back to basics is a fantastic way to get some inspiration should you need it.

It was great fun and everyone enjoyed it!
