Practitioner Reflections

Play is really missing in our world at the moment, you know, just this natural innocence and playfulness that we have as human beings, and you're really able to tap into that and harness it in such a magnificent way on this course, and it really is medicine for your soul and spirit. That's what's going to heal the world. And that's what the beauty of the doodles is and the beauty of recapturing that childlike nostalgia, of having loads of colours and felt tips and crayons and whatever you want in front of you, and doing the intuitive choosing just to see where your energies are, and being surprised at what comes out. And it's in the beautiful, safe, structured environment with others. And to get to play with others, like how much fun is that? Just the richness of the discussions with the other space holder participants was so juicy, and so inspiring, and deep and insightful, and I think you have that shared commonality and that in itself creates like a kinship and it creates another level of safety.

Thank you for the four weeks of heaven that we just experienced, it was so wonderful. It was magical. Most of my doodling is a spiral, which is just a way of constantly remembering that we're on this path and coming back home again. And I didn't even realise that's what I do all the time, in every part of my life. The whole four weeks was like an exploration, a circular explanation of exploration, to coming back to yourself, to know that you are loved, to know that you're connected to source and then to come back home and integrate all of that within yourself. The doodle was a beautiful access point. It's the simplest things that allow me the greatest understanding. My work is to be in my whole presence, and my whole life is about how can I be of service. How do I make sure that I am the love that I want to be in the world? because the other bit, the service, comes from being the love in the world? How does that look in me, the starting point is me, and doing this course was in service of me. Any realisations that I have then allows me to move deeper with others and allows me to be of more service to them. I can do this in this beautiful doodle path that you have set up.

Bibi's Doodle Cafe workshop was really well crafted and confidently facilitated. Bibi has a warm, caring presence and took great care in preparing the workshop and the space so that the environment felt safe and all felt welcome. Her short doodle exercises took us quickly to great depth and gave us lots to reflect on. I really valued the invitation to use doodling as a source to access inner knowing and processing.  This workshop is suitable for a great diversity of clients and communities as well as practitioners who are holding space for others.  We would highly recommend it.

I can be too much of a perfectionist and it gets in the way of my creativity. It helped me to express some emotions and needs that I was ignoring and that needed to be brought into my conscious awareness.

It was a gentle revealing and letting go of subconscious patterns. A beautifully held course and space. Loved your warmth and your gentleness and your kick-arse warrior woman style too.
