Art speaks to the parts of ourselves that are perhaps hidden, unacknowledged or denied. In that moment of resonance when we see art, we are transported to our liminal, spacious selves, connected to our emotional landscape & lifted into possibilities for our own growth and healing.

As a first step in going within, we use the Arts to identify with who we are, and who we are not.

SourceDoodles are channelled images from the Universe, the all-knowing, unified field that serves to communicate with humanity. These energetic signatures of light each carry a healing message, a connection to the ethereal, elemental aspects of self. An invitation to embrace your holistic understanding of mind, body & spirit. Enquiry into your own wellbeing begins with your permission to yourself to look within.... As within, so without.... it's all connected.

Have you ever thought to yourself how much you would like to make time to draw, doodle, meditate or do some mindfulness?

How often do you say it and never do it?

Holding space for yourself for any kind of self-care is not easy and takes practice and intention. It is a conscious process that allows you to compassionately address your own blocks and fears.

Experiencing a safe, held space is a foundational need between parent & child. If this was interrupted for some reason the building blocks of being able to take care of yourself might need some help.

Doodle Cafe is a safe, trauma-informed space that introduces you to a conscious personal ritual through mindful doodling & intention for wellbeing.
